mm 1st i'll start wif a big thank you for those who have came 4 my brothers wake n pay him the last respects...
the crowd of frenz was overwhelming which tells us how popular he is n dat he is loved by u guys...

Dear all, my family n i would like to express our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all

relatives, friends, principals, teachers of jie cai, pastors and church members,

to all those who hav come down to his wake

we thank everyone for your assistance, concerns and well-wishes,

attendance, condolences, prayers, wreaths and donations

during our recent bereavement...

mm okok for today (4th may) everytink went on very smoothly, and jie cai was sent to the crematorium at abt 11am...

but he left in a special n memorable way

cos there was 2 bags of paper cranes and some bottled cranes and stars, so wen he was abt to leave 4 mandai, we suggested the 2 bags to go along wif him. so i simply ask the undertaker to help me do the necessary stuff to bring them along. but wat suprised us was dat instead of juz securing the 2bags on top of the coffin, they tape double-sided tapes ard the top of the coffin, laid all the cranes on top and also those inside the bottles. they secure it with tapes n the coffin was beautified by the cranes n the colours...

jie cai has brought all of ur well wishes along with him on his journey...

n all his friends will be comforted of that...

mm i dunno how to begin but ya jie cai has left us peacefully n on his own accord...
thru out the long weekend his BP rised gradually but it was mon morning dat his condition got serious...
his BP shot to over 97 in a day n the nurses wasnt optimistic... said he couldnt make it dat nite...
den mon nite i went in at 10+ pm he's stil in normal condition wif BP of 99... blood pressure was 159
3am woke up found dat his BP was 97 blood pressure was 100 over
6.30 was woken up by the nurses saying dat his blood pressure was too low n was a bad sign
ask 3 of us 2 go in n say our last words
went in n saw his blood pressure at abt 30+ but BP was 40+... his Heart rate 80
relatives came and as we tok 2 him, his heart rate drops gradually until ard 60, my uncle says ' dun worry abt us... dats wen his blood pressure drops til zero...

he left us peacefully at 8.41am on 2nd of may 2006

will remember him always for his smiles and the joy he has brought to us

we'll never forget his cuteness and i truely hope that;

when u guys think of him, smile

because he is the one who want to make everyone happy.

mm gd news gd news.... jie cai went 4 a successful and smooth small operation 2day to remove a small blood clot n sorta reduce his BP... the doc says dat medi is reduced n see if he slowly adapt control the BA BP n others on his own n den slowly wake up.... although overall situation still the same, any small improvement means alot 2 us rite... haha mm happy mood 2day 4 me 2 hear dis.... u guys stay happy tooo.... he'll stay strong 4 us de!!!

1) is dat there is dis dumb n illogical rumour abt wat if 3 days nv wake up dat means he cant make it... pls dun make my family worry over some rubbish... its juz rubbish ar... wateva info dat u guys heard spreading ard dat doesnt hav ' jonathan/jieyan says...' or ' jie cai's family says...' is more den 80% untrue ar.... so stop spreading such rumour... i'll get damn piss if i hear sth lyk dat again... cos its sorta cursing my bro n i dun lyk it... neither does my family. i'll oso b angry if any1 uses my name n say tinks dat i didnt say......

2) is dat u guys muz oso concentrate on studies... i noe its worrying la but i expect u guys to giv my bro tuition wen he wakes up de k?? dat means u guys should not lyk b distracted in class over him k?? : )

= 24th april =
mm 2day jie cai's condition is much better, both BA n BP are at normal level n considerably low... his temp is back 2 normal - overheard the nurses say sth lyk gonna put HH to lower his temp some more and i've took a pic of HH to let u guys take a look... tink at dis point of time stil not advisable 2 take jie cai's pics 4 u guys la... mm once out of icu?? n most prob aft his hair grows back den help him style den let u guys see k?? but overall in general his condition hasnt change much la (still critical) n the doc say lyk its gonna take quite a while la n dat he might b stayin in the icu 4 quite some time... anyway we muz b patient rite?? haha he needs to heal n time is a factor.. we muz b patient n esp giv him lotsa of TLC - 'tender loving care' for those who dunno - correct?? n oso lotsa hope n confidence... HE SURE CAN MAKE IT DE!!!

Finally UPDATES (part 2)

= 22nd april (yesterday) =
the doc has decided to reduce his BA's medi dosage - cos the day b4, he's condition were stable n of normal condition, both BA n BP - so as to see if he'll wake up. this caused his BA to increase a little but increased n decrease thru out the day. he's temp increased a little but all dis increase is due to the sudden decrease in the medi so its alrite. but at the end of the day BP normal but BA a bit high
= 23rd april =
morning both BA n BP was pretty high n tink having slight fever, dad was worried la but we saw dis dis big machine -dat has bro's temp on it- connected to a blue blanket wif bro lying on the blanket wif the name of 'Hyper Hypothermia' (HH). damn cool name la. didnt noe wats dat until later late aftnoon wen me n dad went in, saw dat the BA decreased to normal n BP decreased a bit n his temp dropped. but noe wat drop until.... 33 degree or so!!! i got a bit shocked but den a very friendly nurse ask lyk if we hav any qns, den i sorta asked abt dat machine n his temp. den the nurse say lyk dat HH is used to fast n to a very large extent lower his temp. wif dat the BA will lower n his Bp decrease oso. medi is back too i tink. den the nurse say dat to us dis temp is cold la but to him its helpful 4 his condition.. wah so gd to hear dat la... dad was much betta too... dats abt all den...

dis is a jonathan--- jie yan, jie cai's bro. i noe dat he's a friends-orientated person la den dis is my small part 4 him so as to not let u guys worry too much. dis is not a religious blog, not super serious blog, not a prank blog n muz pardon for my shortforms n eng. i'll try 2 update u guys everynite- i noe its abit late as in at nite den can update but dats wen i'm back at home. we're all gainin hopes n confidence frm one another n really hope dat my bro wakes up soon... hav confidence in him!!!

= from den till now =
he's had an operation to remove a blood clot in the brain, and there is pressure storing in his brain(BP) wich is monitored and medication(medi) is used to do dat. his brain activity(BA) muz b low and medi is oso used --- wich is y i ask u guys not to come down cos if u guys talk to him or he feel ur presence, it might incite his brain activity wich will worsen his condition. he's been having random changes to his temp but everytink's been under control by the nurses n docs esp the pressure n brain activity. he's stats has been constant in general n under monitor......
